REMOTE INITIAL CONTACT

As soon we receive your request by e-mail or telephone, one of our Consultants will return the contact to you to better understand and detail the needs or challenges of your company. If there is an alignment of interests and possibilities, a visit to your company and / or another place of your convenience, will be scheduled.

PRESENT COMMERCIAL CONTACT

In this meeting, after the formal presentations of both sides, under the commitment of absolute privacy, we will collect a series of information about your company, the current moment, particularities of the business, bounderies for acions, market, challenges, etc. Based on these information and agreements with the company management, we will propose one to three alternatives:

a) The elaboration of a basic proposal;

b) the elaboration of a Preliminary Diagnosis,

c) A visit to the focus area(s) of the company with no costs or final commitments.

PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS

Quickly and on a scheduled date, we will send to your company one or more consultants (depending on the size of the company, place, etc.) who will conduct a series of interviews with the key professionals of the organization, always under the obligation of absolute privacy, collecting preliminary information about the area (s) under study. Subsequently with these data, our consultants team will meet, analyze and formulate the Preliminary Diagnosis plus the proposal of work, based on scientific view about your company and main challenges.

PRESENTATION OF THE PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS

The presentation is carried out in person and in a detailed manner by electronic media, a printed report is delivered to the Company Director. At this moment will be presented all the found strengths and weaknesses, the why of each situation and especially, what we recommend to your company. This presentation / report contains proposals on how WWGG Consulting can act, time required, methods to be applied, prices, etc.

INVESTMENT AND BENEFIT MODELS 

Some basic modalities of investment to reach out benefits:       

  • Fixed value and term to investment;

  • Win-Win productivity contract (50/50);

  • Performance contract with minimum term and value to be reached: if it's below we would not have any remuneration; if it's  above we would have a percentage proportional to the results achieved, or

  • A format proposed by the client.

 THE HIRING

Once the commercial and operational details of the project are agreed, the contract is signed out and the executive schedule is presented countained details of schedules, deliverables and milestones for each stage and expected results.

STARTING WORK.

The work begins with daily / weekly visits of our Consultants, following what has been agreed upon.
